ProCare Rx PBM names Mr. David Lee President
Duluth, GA - ProCare Pharmacy Benefit Manager Inc. ("ProCare Rx) named Dave Lee President effective January 9. In this role, Mr. Lee will be responsible for all sales and business operations while expanding our strategic partnerships with our Health Plan, Employer, Benefit Consultant, Union, TPA, and Hospice customers.

Mr. Lee started his Managed Markets career in 1995 as a Managed Care Account Manager with Schering-Plough. In 1998, he was promoted to Region Director, Managed Markets, where he managed a team of Managed Markets Account Managers covering National/Regional Health Plans, PBMs, Employers, Business Coalitions, Employer Benefit Consultants, Specialty Pharmacies, and Hospital/LTC GPOs. In 2009, he joined Merck & Co. as the Sr. Director, Managed Markets & Policy where he led a team of Account Executives who partnered with Managed Care Organizations to insure appropriate and cost-effective utilization through Formulary Compliance, Medication Adherence, Healthcare Disparity/Literacy, and other Quality Improvement Programs.

Mr. Lee received a B.S.B.A. Degree from University of Missouri, and a Masters of Business Administration from St. Louis University.
